About Us
After many years as a youngster in Gymnastics and Dance, Eileen took several courses through the NCCP and became a coach in Gymnastics and Trampoline. Eileen moved to Barrie in 1994, when she became head coach of the gymnastics program for the YMCA with recreational and competitive programs. She took more training to become a fitness instructor in aerobics, weight-training, Aquafitness and Older Adult Fitness.
Eileen needed to make a change so she started up a business teaching gymnastics to children with special needs and also teaching fitness. She became more anxious about the body and wished to study more, so she enrolled in the Massage Therapy Program in 1999 and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario 2001. After 2200 hours of schooling and Licensing Examinations, Eileen is an RMT.
Eileen continued to upgrade her knowledge and skills with Continuing Education courses:

- Reiki Level 1, 2

- Next 1, 2 (Business development)
- Plus so much more…
After working in two prominent multi-disciplinary clinics, Eileen decided in 2008 to open her own Massage Therapy Clinic and has also created Springboard Into Freedom a program the helps one move forward when they are stuck.
